Lake Montowese Board

The Lake Montowese Association Board of Directors is a volunteer Board that manages the day-to-day operations of the Lake ensuring it remains the wonderful community that was started more than 60 years ago.  The Board also oversees, and works in concert with, other organizations, committees, volunteers and lake residents to coordinate efforts and use resources wisely. This ensures that property values stay high and the community remains an awesome place to live.  Many dedicated volunteers and giving residents have a passion for serving the Lake community and do the hard work it takes to carry on its governing and social functions.

LMA Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7 pm.  The meetings are held at the Board Member homes and are rotated each month.  Please call anyone on the Board for the current meeting location.

Lake Committee
The Lake Montowese Lake Committee is an organization open to all residents.  The Lake Committee focus is on activities and the betterment of the Lake.  We provide input to the LMA Board on Lake conditions and improvement as well as organize fishing and educational events for all lake residents.  Meetings are held as needed with the objective to promote and sponsor events for the betterment of the Lake.  Newsletters and bulletins are published to highlight passed and upcoming events.

Lake Montowese Community Services
The Lake Montowese Community Services Organization (LMCSO) is an organization open to all residents.  We organize many social and educational events for lake residents.  Meetings are held monthly, usually on the first Wednesday of the month, with the objective to promote and sponsor events for the betterment of our community.
  Newsletters and bulletins are published to highlight passed and upcoming events.  Annual (optional) dues are $15 a year, which helps defray costs of food and supplies for lake activities.

Road Committee
 

The Lake Montowese Road Committee is an organization open to all residents.  The Road Committee focus is on the care and maintenance of the road and pathways for the Lake including drainage of storm water.  It is the responsibility of the Road Committee to identify areas needing attention or improvement, gather bids for work and manage the service providers that perform the work.  Meetings are held as needed.  Residents with construction background are strongly encouraged to join this Committee though all with a passion for maintenance are welcome.
